How Oklahoma Medicaid Provider Enrollment Works
When a provider enrolls with OHCA, they are registering at the state SoonerCare level. This is the foundational enrollment step. After OHCA enrollment is confirmed, providers who want to participate with SoonerSelect managed care plans must complete a separate credentialing and enrollment process with each plan. These are two distinct processes, and SoonerSelect plans will not begin their review until OHCA enrollment is confirmed.
